I wont do a review because I did one on PR for the dress version of this. I wanted the tunic length version as well so I made it up in a sweatshirt knit with silver stripes. The only thing I changed was the height of the neck cowl, I added 3 1/2" so it would stand up higher.

Cute! This pattern is so versatile! I made mine in a sweater knit. I have to do a review sometime this week.
ReplyDeleteI love all of your variations on this pattern. I need to finish my dress now :o) Your site is super cute too and you have a great talent for pattern drafting. I hope I can grow to be good one day as I just started sewing. Keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteGirl I LOVE that! I love your fabric. I can't wait to make the dress version of this lol, and another top lol
ReplyDeleteI am a beginner and I love this pattern. I made it in a black jersey knit it was dressy for church. I want to make it in a sweater knit, I don't have a stash yet and it is frustrating not being able to find fabric I want. Could you direct me to places to get sweater knit( I would love to have some of the argyle knit you used in your wrap dress, but the Joanns here did not have it).
ReplyDeleteJust made this pattern view D in charcoal grey jersey. Took your advice and added extra to the cowl and it looks great - thanks!! Didn't make the belt yet - did you make it wider as well as the pattern looks narrower?
